Update v17

Dear players!

11/13/2021 in the period from 06:00 to 08:00 the game world will be reloaded to install the update:

1) The ability to accelerate low-level aircraft to a speed of 3.3

a) Stage 1 - standard acceleration to 3.0 of all aircraft according to standard recipes (first three tabs)
b) Stage 2 - acceleration from 3.0 and 3.2 to 3.3, recipes are available in the acceleration boiler in the city of Istokov (tabs people 3.3, zoomorphs 3.3, seeds 3.3)

2) Correction of the description of some items.

3) Removal from the list of available tasks inappropriate (according to players' reports)

15 minutes before the server is turned off, there will be an additional message in the system chat.
